This self-guided tour of historic Montlake’s hidden gardens and art studios is back for 2026 with all new gardens and artwork and a chance to meet the creators!
The tour includes 9 gardens, 3 art studios, UW Botanical Gardens educational booth and events at participating Montlake businesses.

Tickets are also available the day of the event at the check-in desk in front of Cafe Lago.
At check-in you will pick-up your wristband, a brochure with map, and access to an electronic map of the tour.
There is also a Passport Raffle, where attendees will receive a sticker at each stop. All completed passports will be entered in a raffle to win prizes.
Volunteers Needed
Free entry is provided for all volunteers.
Volunteers will be scheduled for one 2-hour shift
so that they are able to attend the Garden & Art Tour.
