Montlake Elementary

As an original 9-room brick schoolhouse, Montlake Elementary opened in 1924. Today, it is a K-5th grade neighborhood public school that stands out with a full-time art program, instrumental and vocal music programs, PE, gardening, and Special Education Access and Resource programs. There is also aftercare, and a wide range of after-school activities. With a team of dedicated teachers and staff (many with a 10 to 20-year legacy), it is an established gem of the neighborhood.
