Sellers must reside / work in Montlake (please check the area from the link)  and have a Montlake address to have a sale (the multi- unit residents, please register and indicate in the registration in Q4 that you need space to sell). We would appreciate residents' willingness to host other neighbors in Montlake to sell in your location (some people in multi-unit do not have space to sell).
