By attending this Montlake Community Club (“MCC”) event, you agree to the following Terms and

Conditions on behalf of yourself and any minor for whom you are responsible.

Participation in MCC events is voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks, including personal

injury, property damage, illness, or other unforeseen hazards arising from recreational, social, or

outdoor activities. By attending, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with

participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and hold harmless the

Montlake Community Club and its officers, directors, volunteers, organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and

agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your

participation in, attendance at, or travel to or from the event, including those caused by negligence.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCC from any claims, damages, or liability

resulting from your actions or conduct, including injury or damage caused to others or to property

during the event. In the event of injury or medical emergency where you are unable to provide

consent, you authorize MCC to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf and accept full

responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

By attending this event, you grant MCC the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and otherwise

capture your likeness and participation, and to use such media in promotional, marketing, social

media, or publication materials without compensation or further approval.

If attending with a participant under the age of 18, you certify that you are the minor’s parent or legal

guardian and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the assumption of risk, liability waiver,

indemnification, and media release, on the minor’s behalf.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and constitute a legally

binding waiver of certain rights upon attendance at the event.

Participants are asked to agree to the Waiver and Release below at the time of ticket purchase.
